Nika Pritzker is Chief Operating Officer of the family’s private enterprise. She leads operational strategy and execution across North America, Asia, and other international markets.

Ms. Nika is closely involved in capital allocation and long-term investment decision-making, balancing disciplined risk management with sustainable growth. She brings an execution-first approach—clarifying priorities, aligning stakeholders, and strengthening data visibility across the organization.

On the technology front, Ms. Nika leads the development and commercialization of the firm’s AI initiatives, integrating AI capabilities into traditional operations to improve decision-making and efficiency. Her focus includes strengthening data and analytics foundations and modernizing workflows so teams can access timely, actionable insights.

Prior to joining the core leadership team, Ms. Nika worked on the ground in Manila as an analyst supporting the family office’s Southeast Asia initiatives, with a focus on infrastructure, real estate, and consumer-driven themes. She holds an MS in Financial Management from Boston University’s Metropolitan College.
