Tom Pritzker
Executive Chairman

Tom Pritzker was born and raised in Chicago. He holds a B.A. from Claremont Men’s College, an MBA and J.D. degree from the University of Chicago. He resides in Chicago with his wife Margot. Tom is Chairman and CEO of The Pritzker Organization, the family’s historical merchant bank. He also served as Executive Chairman of Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) from 2004 to 2026, and began his senior executive and Chairman responsibilities for predecessor entities starting in 1980. Over his career he has been involved in acquiring and building companies in a number of different industries. In addition, he was a founder of significant companies in the fields of container leasing (Triton), biotech (Bay City Capital) and health care (Reliant Pharmaceuticals and First Health). Outside of business, Pritzker is active in a number of areas. In national security he is Chairman of Center for Strategic & International Studies in Washington DC and a member of the Aspen Strategy Group. In culture and education he is Chairman of the Hyatt Foundation which sponsors the Pritzker Architecture Prize and a member of the boards of trustees at the University of Chicago and the Art Institute of Chicago. In science, he was deeply involved in conceptualizing and helping to build from a white paper what is now the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering at the University of Chicago. He was the founder of the Pritzker Neuropsychiatric Disorders Research Consortium. Pritzker is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Pritzker has been awarded an honorary doctorate from Tsinghua University in Beijing. He is an Honorary Professor of History and for a number of years was an adjunct professor of history at Sichuan University in China. For the past 40+ years Pritzker has been leading archeological expeditions and publishing original research in the field of Western Himalayan history.

Joseph Gleberman
Chief Executive Officer

Joe Gleberman is the Chief Executive Officer of The Pritzker Organization, the family merchant bank of the Tom Pritzker family. Previously, he was a Partner/Managing Director at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he worked in investment banking and merchant banking from 1982 to 2014. He began his career in mergers and acquisitions, where he co-headed the technology practice in the late 1980s. Mr. Gleberman lived in Tokyo from 1990 to 1993, serving as head of Asia-Pacific mergers and acquisitions. In 1993, he joined the principal investment area, where he led investments in technology, health care, and industrial companies, including Rambus, Citysearch, IPC Communications, Berry Plastics, Alltel, and iHealth Technologies. In 2007, he became the chief risk and restructuring officer for the merchant banking division. Mr. Gleberman serves on the boards of trustees of the American Museum of Natural History and The Nature Conservancy. Previously, he served as chair of the board of The Nature Conservancy of New York. Mr. Gleberman holds a BA and MA in economics from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Brandon Deger
Principal

Brandon Deger joined The Pritzker Organization in 2017. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Epic Staffing Group and works closely with Mammoth Holdings, KBP Foods, NationsBenefits, TerraMed, and Grubb Properties. Brandon previously worked closely with TPO’s prior investments in Hargray Communications, Superior Waste, and Lit Communities. In addition to investing, Brandon helps manage the firm’s relationships with other key investor counterparties and family offices. Prior to joining TPO, Brandon worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lincoln International in Chicago. Brandon attended Washington University in St. Louis, where he received his BSBA with majors in Economics and Strategy and Healthcare Management.

Jordan Federbush
Vice President

Jordan Federbush joined The Pritzker Organization in 2019. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Steward Partners, Wellspring Family Office, Kettle & Fire, and ADL Final Mile. Other current and past board observer roles include Crown Healthcare Laundry, Black Buffalo, and Omni Logistics. Prior to joining TPO, Jordan worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Consumer & Retail Group at Goldman Sachs in Chicago. Outside of work, Jordan serves on the board and finance committee for The ACE Project and the advisory committee for Love To Serve, both of which are Chicago-based non-profit organizations focused on using tennis to support youth development and education in underserved communities. Jordan graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, where he received a BSBA with a major in Finance and a minor in Political Science.

Alex Feld
Managing Director

Alex Feld joined The Pritzker Organization in 2016. He currently serves as a Director of ADL Final Mile, KBP Foods, Mammoth Holdings, Omni Fiber, NationsBenefits, Visionary Integration Professionals, and Clearwave Fiber and works closely with Kettle & Fire. Alex previously worked closely with TPO’s prior investments in Hargray Communications, Portfolio Group, Superior Waste and Lit Communities. Prior to joining TPO, Alex worked at GTCR, a middle market private equity firm in Chicago where he focused on investments in information services and technology. Prior to GTCR, he worked in the investment banking division of Barclays. Alex received his MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and attended the University of Michigan - Ross School of Business, where he received his BBA with Honors. He currently serves on the Leadership Council of Communities in Schools of Chicago and on the Board of Directors of Breakthrough T1D Illinois.

Billy Nand
Managing Director

Billy joined The Pritzker Organization in 2019. He currently serves on the boards of STV, Crown Healthcare Laundry Services, and Zephyr Home. Prior to joining The Pritzker Organization, Billy was a partner at Lee Equity Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm where he helped lead their business services investments. Prior to Lee Equity, Billy was a Business Analyst in the New York Office of McKinsey & Company. Billy graduated from the University of Illinois with B.S. degrees in both finance and accounting.

Jason Pritzker
Vice Chairman

Jason Pritzker is a Managing Director and Vice Chairman of The Pritzker Organization. He is focused on partnering with and investing in best in class management teams across diverse industry verticals and at all points in a company’s life cycle. He is Executive Chairman of TMS International and serves on the Board of Directors of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Lithko Contracting LLC and Omni Logistics. Mr. Pritzker joined The Pritzker Organization in 2013. Previously, he held roles at The Marmon Group, Goldman Sachs, and Hyatt Hotels Corp. Mr. Pritzker graduated from Brandeis University in 2002. He currently resides in Chicago with his wife Erin and daughters Winona and Elliot and is on the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Science and Industry.

Rob Strating
Operating Partner

Rob Strating joined the Pritzker Organization in 2020. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Crown Healthcare Laundry Services. Prior to joining, he worked as a Director for Marmon Holdings, where he led several significant business turnarounds. While at Marmon, he was responsible for creating an 80/20 culture for 22,000 employees in more than 120 businesses. Prior to Marmon, he started and grew an 80/20-focused consulting company. He was with Illinois Tool Works for 11 years in several operating and leadership positions. Rob graduated summa cum laude from Cornerstone University with a BSBM.

Jason Sussman
Managing Director

Jason Sussman joined The Pritzker Organization in 2013. He is the Founder and CEO of 2065 Capital and is a member of The Pritzker Organization’s Investment Committee. His related current and past board positions include Ferian Re, Steward Partners, Portfolio Group, GreyCastle Holdings and Financeit. He serves as adjunct faculty at Booth School of Business and as a Lecturer in Law at UChicago Law School. He is a member of the advisory councils of the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering, UChicago Hillel, and Invest for Kids. Previously, he was a vice president in structured finance at Barclays Capital, where he held a proprietary investments role. Before that, he was a corporate and tax associate at Davis Polk. Mr. Sussman is a CFA charterholder. He received his BA and JD from Columbia University.

Larry Tarschis
Managing Director

Larry joined The Pritzker Organization in 2000. He currently serves on the boards of Epic Staffing Group, Grubb Properties, Lithko Contracting, STV, Terravet and TMS International. Prior to joining TPO, Larry worked in investment banking at Bear Stearns. Larry received his M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his B.S. in Finance with Highest Honors from the College of Commerce and Business Administration at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he was a recipient of the University Honors Bronze Tablet award.

Neil Torres joined The Pritzker Organization in 2002. Neil holds an AB in economics from The University of Chicago.

Vice President

Anastacia Anton joined The Pritzker Organization in 2022. Prior to joining TPO, Anastacia worked as a Senior Associate on the Secondary Investments Team at Adams Street Partners in Chicago. While at Adams Street Partners, Anastacia supported all aspects of the investment process, including due diligence and portfolio monitoring and management. Prior to Adams Street Partners, Anastacia worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Regional Coverage & M&A Group at J.P. Morgan in New York City, where she provided sell-side advisory services for a variety of corporate and sponsor clients. Anastacia graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame, where she received her BBA with majors in Accounting and Sociology.

Jimmy Pniewski joined The Pritzker Organization in 2022. He currently helps oversee TPO’s investments in Lithko, STV, Kettle & Fire and Wellspring among others. Prior to joining TPO, Jimmy worked in Investment Banking in the Global Industrials Group at Goldman Sachs in Chicago. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Missouri, where he received a BSBA with a major in Finance and Banking. Jimmy and his wife live in Hinsdale with their Corgi, Winnie.

Jon Goldsher joined The Pritzker Organization in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining TPO, Jon served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Boyne Capital, a Florida-based private equity firm, where he oversaw accounting, financial reporting, investor communications, and compliance activities. Prior to his tenure at Boyne Capital, Jon was an Assurance Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Chicago office, where he led financial statement audits of private equity funds, hedge funds, mutual funds, and investment advisers. He began his career as an auditor at RSM US.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Illinois State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive) in Illinois and Florida.

Nick Peluchiwski joined The Pritzker Organization in 2024 and is a member of the 2065 Capital team. Prior to joining TPO, Nick worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Services Group at Houlihan Lokey in New York. While at Houlihan Lokey, Nick provided a variety of investment banking advisory services for strategic, sponsor-backed, and founder-owned clients. Nick graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame, where he received a BBA with majors in Finance and Political Science.

Cole Paraday joined The Pritzker Organization in 2025. He currently serves as a Board Observer on Crown Health Care Laundry Services and Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP). Prior to joining TPO, Cole worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Private Equity Advisory Group at Guggenheim in Chicago. While at Guggenheim, Cole provided a variety of investment banking services including mergers and acquisitions and divestitures to founder-owned and private equity-backed clients. Cole graduated Magna Cum Laude from Illinois Wesleyan University, where he received a BA with a major in Finance.

Julia Ortiz joined The Pritzker Organization in 2025 as a Senior Accountant. Prior to joining TPO, Julia worked at KPMG LLP as a Senior Audit Associate in the asset management industry. While at KPMG, Julia focused on providing audit services to alternative investment management clients. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a Minor in Information Technology from Michigan State University and a Master of Accountancy with Data and Analytics from the University of Mississippi. Julia is a licensed CPA in the states of Illinois and Michigan.

Kinner Patel joined The Pritzker Organization in 2025. He currently helps oversee TPO's investments in Mammoth Holdings and KBP Foods. Prior to joining TPO, Kinner spent three years at Bank of America in New York, working in their Consumer & Retail Investment Banking group as an Associate and Analyst. While at Bank of America, Kinner provided M&A and capital markets advisory services for strategic, sponsor-backed and founder-owned clients. Kinner graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University, where he received a BA in Asian Studies and BS in Human & Organizational Development, and is originally from Phoenix, Arizona.

Nick Marsteller
VP of Finance

Prior to joining The Pritzker Organization, Nick served as VP of Finance & Accounting at New Harbor Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he was responsible for fund accounting, corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and investor communications. Prior to his time at New Harbor, Nick was a Fund Controller at Standish Management where he provided fund accounting services to alternative asset managers. Before his time at Standish Management, he was a senior consultant at Deloitte working in their financial due diligence and audit practices with a primary focus on financial services and investment management clients.   Nick holds a MS in Accounting and a BS in Information and Decision Sciences, both from the University Illinois at Chicago, and is a registered Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.

Eric Munn joined The Pritzker Organization in 2025 as Senior Accountant.

Before joining TPO, Eric served as a Senior Accountant at Bridge Industrial, where he was responsible for financial reporting, investor reporting, fund accounting, and valuations. Prior to his tenure at Bridge Industrial, Eric worked as an auditor at Plante Moran, where he provided audit services, financial statements reviews, and control testing across a variety of industries.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University and a Master of Accounting from Oakland University.
